Important: COVID-19 has significantly impacted international shipping. We are unable to help with late or missing untracked shipments. Furthermore, we are unable to pay for return shipping or refund any shipping costs for international shipments. All of our products are shipped in perfect condition, and we are unable to accept returns because packaging has been damaged while being shipped internationally.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of your order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 24 hours from the time of your order. Next Day Delivery is guaranteed for orders made before 1:30pm UK time. Working days are Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Please note we do not ship on weekends.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, just add the items you would like to purchase to your basket and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large, bulky items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
How Can I Change My Order?
If you wish to change your order details, i.e. remove/add products to your cart or change your address, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Since we process orders as quickly as possible to expedite shipping times, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order details before your order begins processing.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters their shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small opportunity to cancel/change your order and shipping details. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at [email protected] as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
I Didn’t Receive my Package
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, kindly check with your neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please reach out to your local post office for additional information as well, in case it was delivered there instead. If you are not able to locate your order, contact info@thinkzelo for further assistance.
We are pleased to offer a return policy on orders within 30 days of purchase.
Please email [email protected] to initiate your return. Please kindly include your order number, which product(s) you are looking to return, the reason for the return, and whether or not they have been used.
The original shipping costs will not be included in your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal payments.
Why was I charged customs and duties?
All international orders (outside of the United States) can potentially incur charges such as customs, duties, VAT, etc., upon their arrival in the destination country. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Zelo. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside of your country.
