    Previously bought a Zelo rollerball pen and took advantage of the week of discounts to purchase some more refills. After an initial hiccup with the discount code, I contacted Zelo and they were very quick to respond and sort the issue. Refills arrived promptly so now I have the black and red refills, I think I need to purchase another Zelo pen. Excellent weight and feel, love writing with this and very impressed with the service from Zelo.
