   I dropped my pen and damaged the nib causing scratching so ordered refills. The first one used was very poor and scratched and stuttered when writing. Fortunately the second refill was fine and I’m happily writing again

   Everything about the pens and refills, is quality. The packaging is wonderful and very stylish. I understand about balance but would prefer always to have the cap safely on the end of the pen, given the choice!! However, I am delighted with my two and fear I may yet get the black!!
